It started with a VA

There’s so much you need to take care of when you are running your own business – marketing, working with existing clients, finance, admin work.

But there’s only one of you and only 24 hours.

So how do you decide, what you need to outsource because let’s face it there are tasks in your business that I bet you don’t like doing, don’t want to do and most importantly, don’t have time to do.

You might need to invest in a virtual assistant (VA).

A VA is someone who runs their own business and helps to support your business while working remotely from their own home office. VA’s have the benefit of several years of skills, knowledge and experience that they can bring to your business.

Prepare and evaluate. It might seem like a bit of work you don’t have time to do but grab an A4 sheet of paper and list all the tasks in the categories I mentioned above. This will give you a clearer picture of what is taking up your valuable time and what you can hand over to your new VA
